Hi, I’m Jessica.
Founder of Succesum Leadership, breathwork coach, women’s guide, and a woman who had to lose herself to truly come home.
For years, I lived in service to others — as an HR leader, coach, and high-functioning achiever. But beneath the surface, I was slowly unraveling. My burnout wasn’t just physical — it was a collapse of identity.
When I stopped doing it, I had to ask:
Who am I without the titles, the roles, the constant motion?
That question led me to a deep personal transformation.
From doing → to being.
From performance → to presence.
From burnout → to breath.
Through breathwork, coaching, and storytelling, I reconnected with who I truly am.
And now, I hold space for women to do the same — to lead themselves home.

My work blends
-
20 years in HR & leadership development
-
Deep coaching, NLP, and neuroleadership
-
Certified breathwork and multidimensional healing
-
A lifelong love of story, voice, and intuitive self-remembrance

Whether guiding through breathwork journeys, self-leadership coaching, or healing sessions, my work is rooted in compassion, embodiment, and clarity — so each woman I support feels empowered to lead, love, and live with intention.

This is a space for the woman ready to curate her life — from sovereignty, softness, and soul.
“Lead Yourself Home”
There was a time when I thought my worth was in what I did.
In how much I accomplished. In how many people I supported.
I was a leader, a doer, a giver — and I was burning out quietly behind it all.

My identity was so tied to productivity that when my energy collapsed,
so did my sense of self.

Who was I… when I wasn’t doing?
When I wasn't holding it all together?
That moment of unraveling — painful and necessary — became my turning point.

I began to breathe again.
To rest. To listen. To remember.
What started as survival became a journey of coming home to myself.

I slowly shifted from being a human doing to a human being.
And in that stillness, I met my true self.
Not the version shaped by expectations —
but the one rooted in love, presence, and truth.

Now, I support women in doing the same.
To slow down, listen deeply, and lead themselves home.

Home to their breath.
Home to their wisdom.
Home to the life they’re here to curate — not just survive.

This work isn’t about escaping your life — it’s about reclaiming it.
One breath, one choice, one moment at a time.
